Punishments & Appeals
These rules explain how {site_name} handles violations across its game servers, website, community platforms, support systems, and other official services.
Punishments are based on the severity of the violation, available evidence, previous offences, user behaviour, and the risk caused to the community.
Types of Punishment
Depending on the situation, {site_name} may issue:
- a warning;
- removal of inappropriate content;
- chat or voice restrictions;
- removal from a server or community channel;
- temporary suspension;
- removal of ranks, items, currency, statistics, or privileges;
- permanent server or account ban;
- network-wide restriction from all {site_name} services.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent action without a previous warning.
Administrative Discretion
Staff may select, reduce, extend, replace, or remove a punishment when reasonably necessary.
Punishment duration may depend on:
- the seriousness of the violation;
- whether the action was intentional;
- previous punishments;
- cooperation during the investigation;
- attempts to hide evidence or mislead staff;
- repeated or coordinated violations;
- the effect on other players or services.
Similar incidents may receive different outcomes when the circumstances are different.
Evidence
Administrative decisions may be based on:
- screenshots or recordings;
- game demos;
- server, chat, command, and connection logs;
- anti-cheat or automated security alerts;
- account and transaction records;
- staff observations;
- reports from players or trusted third parties.
{site_name} is not required to publicly disclose confidential evidence, detection methods, security systems, private reports, or internal staff discussions.
Ban Evasion
Attempting to bypass a punishment is prohibited.
This includes using:
- another account;
- another device or network;
- a VPN or proxy;
- changed identifiers;
- another person to access the service;
- transferred items or privileges intended to avoid enforcement.
Ban evasion may result in a longer or permanent network-wide restriction.
Appeals
Eligible users may submit an appeal through the official {site_name} appeal system.
An appeal must:
- contain accurate information;
- clearly explain why the punishment should be reviewed;
- include relevant evidence where available;
- remain respectful;
- be submitted by the punished user unless otherwise permitted.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed or reduced.
Appeal Restrictions
Appeals may be rejected or closed when they:
- contain false or misleading information;
- include threats, insults, spam, or manipulation;
- provide no useful information;
- repeat a previously reviewed appeal without new evidence;
- are submitted through unofficial channels;
- are submitted on behalf of another user without permission.
Users should normally submit one appeal per punishment unless new and important evidence becomes available.
Final Decisions
Senior {site_name} staff may review and make the final decision on an appeal.
A final decision may:
- confirm the punishment;
- reduce or extend its duration;
- replace it with another restriction;
- remove the punishment;
- apply additional action when further violations are discovered.
Repeatedly contacting staff after a final decision may be treated as support abuse or harassment.
Paid Services
Purchasing VIP access, credits, subscriptions, ranks, or other benefits does not provide protection from punishment.
Where permitted by law, users are not automatically entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation when access or virtual benefits are removed because of a rule violation, fraud, payment abuse, or account restriction.
Errors and Corrections
{site_name} may correct a punishment when an administrative, technical, or identification error is confirmed.
The discovery of an error in one case does not automatically invalidate other punishments or create entitlement to compensation.
Contact
Appeals and punishment-related questions must be submitted through the official support or appeal system.
