General Terms
Each game server within the {site_name} network may have its own additional rules depending on the game, game mode, server configuration, roleplay environment, or gameplay style.
These game-specific rules are available through the navigation menu and must be followed alongside these General Terms.
The following are our universal community rules. They apply across all game servers, websites, forums, support systems, voice channels, Discord communities, and other official services operated by {site_name}.
By connecting to or using any {site_name} service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these rules.
Failure to comply may result in a warning, communication restriction, removal from a server, temporary suspension, loss of privileges, account restriction, or permanent ban, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
Individual servers may apply additional game-specific rules. When a server-specific rule is stricter than these General Terms, the server-specific rule takes priority for that server.
Fair Gameplay
All players must participate fairly and must not use unauthorised methods to gain an advantage over other players.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- cheats, hacks, injectors, trainers, or external assistance tools;
- aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, radar tools, or automated targeting systems;
- scripts, macros, bots, or automation that provide an unfair advantage;
- modified game files that reveal hidden information or alter gameplay unfairly;
- unauthorised textures, models, sounds, sprites, resource packs, or client modifications;
- software designed to bypass anti-cheat, monitoring, logging, or server protections;
- duplication tools, automated farming, economy manipulation, or reward exploitation;
- any external software or modification that provides abilities unavailable to regular players.
Some modifications that are normally permitted by a game may still be restricted on specific {site_name} servers.
When unsure whether a modification is permitted, players must contact the administration before using it.
Knowingly assisting, protecting, or cooperating with a player who is cheating may also result in sanctions.
Respectful Communication
All community members must communicate respectfully.
The following behaviour is not tolerated:
- insults, harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse;
- deliberate provocation, excessive toxicity, or repeated hostile arguments;
- discrimination, racism, sexism, hate speech, or degrading language;
- offensive usernames, avatars, skins, sprays, signs, builds, vehicle designs, or profile content;
- sharing another person's private information without permission;
- encouraging violence, illegal activity, self-harm, or rule violations;
- repeatedly disrupting conversations, support channels, events, or gameplay;
- targeting or harassing a player across multiple servers or platforms.
These rules apply to all available forms of communication, including:
- text chat;
- voice chat;
- usernames and display names;
- clan, faction, tribe, team, or company names;
- vehicle names and licence plates;
- signs, books, builds, skins, sprays, and banners;
- forum posts and comments;
- reports and support tickets;
- private messages connected to the community.
Personal disagreements do not justify abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour.
Impersonation
Players must not impersonate:
- administrators or moderators;
- developers or support representatives;
- server owners or community managers;
- official partners or content creators;
- other players or recognised community members;
- external organisations or services.
Using a nickname, avatar, title, clan tag, skin, vehicle design, message, or profile intended to make others believe that you hold an official position is prohibited.
Players must not falsely claim to have:
- administrative permissions;
- access to private systems;
- access to confidential information;
- influence over staff decisions;
- the authority to issue punishments or rewards.
Advertising and External Promotion
Unauthorised advertising is prohibited across all {site_name} services.
Players must not advertise, promote, or repeatedly share:
- game servers outside the {site_name} network;
- external server names, addresses, domains, or IP addresses;
- unrelated communities, forums, websites, or Discord servers;
- commercial products, services, referral links, or social media accounts;
- account marketplaces, boosting services, cheating services, or unauthorised modifications;
- gambling, fraudulent, malicious, or suspicious websites;
- unofficial downloads, launchers, mod packs, plugins, or files.
Official partners and approved content creators may promote content only within the permissions granted to them.
Sharing a relevant link for legitimate support or gameplay purposes may be allowed when it is not promotional, harmful, or disruptive.
Command and Feature Abuse
Server commands, plugins, menus, vehicles, items, tools, permissions, and gameplay systems must only be used for their intended purposes.
Players must not use commands or server features to:
- avoid punishment or administrative action;
- bypass cooldowns, restrictions, or access requirements;
- reconnect, respawn, teleport, or recover items unfairly;
- manipulate statistics, ranks, rewards, money, experience, or progression;
- interfere with other players, matches, events, jobs, missions, or convoys;
- overload, crash, lag, or destabilise a server;
- gain access to restricted areas, inventories, information, or permissions;
- avoid legitimate gameplay consequences.
Abusing commands such as retry, reconnect, respawn, spectate, teleport, home, trade, vehicle recovery, or similar features may result in sanctions where applicable.
Exploiting Bugs and Glitches
Abusing bugs, glitches, map issues, plugin errors, mod problems, economy flaws, duplication methods, or unintended game mechanics is prohibited.
Examples include:
- reaching inaccessible or restricted areas;
- duplicating items, vehicles, currency, resources, points, or rewards;
- bypassing damage, death, survival, travel, building, or gameplay restrictions;
- manipulating inventories, shops, trades, jobs, ranks, statistics, or progression;
- using broken objects, blocks, entities, vehicles, plugins, or commands for personal gain;
- repeatedly triggering errors that disrupt gameplay or server stability;
- withholding a serious exploit for continued personal benefit.
Players who discover a bug must report it privately through the official {site_name} support system.
Players must not publicly explain, demonstrate, share, sell, or distribute instructions for abusing an active exploit.
Griefing and Gameplay Disruption
Players must not deliberately disrupt the gameplay experience of others.
Depending on the game and server, prohibited behaviour may include:
- intentionally blocking players, vehicles, roads, doors, passages, ladders, portals, or access points;
- damaging, destroying, moving, or stealing protected property without permission;

- intentionally revealing protected locations or private group information;
- repeatedly following or targeting another player without a legitimate gameplay reason;
- interfering with organised events, convoys, matches, roleplay scenarios, or community activities;
- deliberately preventing another player from using an intended server feature.
Game-specific rules may provide more detailed definitions of griefing and disruption.
Team and Group Conduct
Players participating in teams, clans, factions, companies, groups, tribes, settlements, or other organised structures must not intentionally harm their own group.
Prohibited behaviour may include:
- revealing confidential team information to opponents;
- sabotaging team objectives, vehicles, buildings, resources, or equipment;

- stealing group property in violation of server rules;
- assisting opposing players through unfair cooperation;
- joining a group solely to damage, steal from, expose, or sabotage it;
- coordinating rule violations with other players;
- using alternative accounts to spy on or disrupt another group.
Group leaders may also be sanctioned when they knowingly organise, encourage, or protect repeated violations.
Objective Avoidance and Time-Wasting
Players are expected to participate actively and make reasonable efforts to follow the objectives of the relevant game mode.
Deliberate time-wasting may include:
- refusing to complete an available objective;
- intentionally preventing a match, round, mission, job, event, or convoy from progressing;
- hiding only to delay the end of gameplay;
- remaining in a spawn or safe area without a valid reason;
- occupying an active player slot while refusing to participate;
- repeatedly avoiding gameplay while collecting rewards;
- deliberately delaying other players for personal entertainment.
Strategic, defensive, or roleplay-based gameplay is permitted when it contributes to the intended gameplay experience.
Inactivity and Slot Occupation
Players must not remain connected for extended periods without participating when doing so prevents others from joining or negatively affects server performance.
Depending on the game, administrators may remove players who are:
- inactive or away from their device for an extended period;
- occupying spectator, queue, vehicle, job, faction, or player slots without reason;
- connected only to collect rewards or avoid gameplay systems;
- preventing a server, match, event, convoy, mission, or round from progressing;
- using methods designed to avoid automatic inactivity detection.
Some servers may permit controlled inactivity through approved AFK areas or systems.
Voice Communication
Players must use voice communication responsibly.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- microphone spam;
- loud music, soundboards, repeated noises, or disruptive audio;
- shouting or intentionally disturbing other players;
- repeatedly talking over players or administrators;
- using voice communication to harass, threaten, insult, or provoke others;
- transmitting offensive, explicit, or harmful content;
- deliberately using distorted or poor-quality audio to disrupt communication;
- occupying important voice channels without contributing;
- refusing to stop disruptive microphone use after being instructed by staff.
Continued disruption may result in a temporary or permanent voice restriction.
Usernames and Community Content
All usernames and user-generated content must be appropriate for the community.
This includes:
- usernames and display names;
- avatars and profile images;
- clan, company, faction, tribe, settlement, or team names;
- signs, books, builds, skins, sprays, paintings, and banners;
- vehicle designs, licence plates, convoy messages, and radio communication;
- forum posts, comments, tickets, reports, and uploaded files;
- any other content visible to players or community members.
Content must not include:
- hateful, discriminatory, or severely offensive material;
- explicit sexual content;
- threats or encouragement of violence;
- personal or confidential information;
- malicious links, malware, phishing attempts, or scams;
- content intended to impersonate staff;
- unauthorised advertising;
- content designed to bypass moderation filters;
- unlawful or clearly infringing material.
{site_name} may remove or restrict any content that violates these standards.
Scamming and Fraud
Scamming, fraud, theft through deception, and dishonest transactions are prohibited.
Players must not:
- misrepresent items, vehicles, accounts, services, ranks, or virtual property;
- accept payment without delivering an agreed item or service;
- use fake evidence or false payment claims;
- abuse refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes;
- sell stolen, compromised, duplicated, or unauthorised items;
- impersonate a trusted trader, staff member, or official service;
- advertise fraudulent giveaways, competitions, or rewards;
- request passwords, authentication codes, recovery information, or sensitive account data;
- manipulate inexperienced players into unfair transactions;
- falsely claim that a trade or service is officially supported by {site_name}.
Private trades are performed at the players' own risk unless they use an official {site_name} trading system.
Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for the security and activity of their own accounts.
Players must not:
- share accounts with banned or restricted users;
- allow another person to use an account to avoid punishment;
- sell, rent, or transfer an account where prohibited;
- knowingly use stolen or compromised accounts;
- provide false account information to staff;
- attempt to access another user's account;
- share passwords, recovery codes, or authentication tokens;
- use another person's account without clear authorisation.
Actions performed through an account may be treated as actions performed by the account owner.
Account sharing is not accepted as an automatic defence against a punishment.
Players should immediately contact {site_name} if they believe their account has been compromised.
Multiple and Alternative Accounts
Alternative accounts may be restricted on certain servers.
Players must not use multiple accounts to:
- bypass limits, cooldowns, punishments, or progression requirements;
- collect additional rewards;
- manipulate votes, statistics, rankings, or player counts;
- spy on another group;
- reserve additional slots, land, property, vehicles, or resources;
- transfer assets in order to avoid administrative action;
- mislead staff during an investigation.
Server-specific rules may define when alternative accounts are permitted.
Ban and Punishment Evasion
Attempting to bypass any punishment or restriction is strictly prohibited.
Ban evasion includes:
- using another game, platform, website, or community account;
- changing game identifiers, hardware identifiers, or account details;
- using a VPN, proxy, alternative network, or another device;
- reconnecting to bypass a mute, kick, cooldown, or temporary restriction;
- asking another person to access a service on your behalf;
- creating new accounts after a permanent suspension;
- transferring assets or privileges to avoid administrative action;
- helping a banned player return to the community.
Ban evasion may result in an extended or permanent network-wide restriction.
Accounts, groups, or users knowingly assisting with ban evasion may also be sanctioned.
Reports and Evidence
Players are encouraged to report rule violations through the official {site_name} reporting or support systems.
A useful report should include:
- the player's name or account identifier;
- the relevant game and server;
- the approximate date and time;
- a clear description of what happened;
- screenshots, recordings, demos, logs, coordinates, or other evidence where available.
Evidence must be complete and must not be edited in a misleading way.
Public accusations should be avoided while an incident is being investigated.
The administration may reject reports that are incomplete, abusive, intentionally misleading, or unsupported.
False Reports
Submitting false, manipulated, malicious, or misleading reports is prohibited.
Players must not:
- fabricate evidence;
- remove important context from recordings;
- impersonate witnesses;
- coordinate false reports against another player;
- repeatedly report users without a legitimate reason;
- use the reporting system to threaten or harass others;
- knowingly provide false statements during an investigation;
- submit reports solely to waste staff time.
Abuse of the reporting system may result in sanctions.
Cooperation with Staff
Players must follow reasonable instructions given by authorised {site_name} staff.
This may include instructions to:
- stop disruptive behaviour;
- change inappropriate content;
- leave a restricted area;
- provide relevant information during an investigation;
- move to another channel or location;
- pause an activity while an issue is reviewed;
- follow event, convoy, match, or server procedures;

Refusing to cooperate, deliberately delaying an investigation, destroying evidence, or attempting to mislead staff may result in additional sanctions.
Players may respectfully challenge a decision through the official appeal or complaint system.
Privacy and Personal Information
Players must respect the privacy of other community members.
The following are prohibited:
- sharing real names, addresses, phone numbers, photographs, or private accounts without permission;

Virtual items, currency, vehicles, land, buildings, ranks, rewards, and other digital assets may be governed by additional server-specific rules.
Unless explicitly permitted, players must not:
- sell virtual assets for real money;
- trade assets between different servers;
- transfer assets obtained through exploits;
- trade administrative ranks or permissions;
- sell access to restricted accounts or groups;

{site_name} may remove, reverse, or correct virtual transactions when fraud, exploitation, technical errors, or rule violations are identified.
Paid Services and Benefits
Purchasing VIP access, credits, subscriptions, cosmetics, ranks, boosts, or other digital benefits does not provide immunity from the rules.
Paid users may still receive:
- warnings;
- communication restrictions;
- temporary suspensions;
- removal of benefits;
- account restrictions;
- permanent bans.
Unless otherwise stated:
- virtual benefits have no real-world cash value;
- benefits may be connected to a specific account or server;
- benefits may not be transferred or resold;
- benefits obtained through fraud or payment abuse may be removed;
- server changes may affect the availability or functionality of certain benefits.

- protect players and the community;
- stop ongoing abuse or disruption;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- protect evidence;
- secure accounts or services;
- maintain server stability;
- prevent further rule violations.
Senior staff may review, modify, reduce, extend, or overturn administrative decisions.
Not every internal investigation, detection method, security process, or staff discussion must be publicly disclosed.
Attempts to threaten, bribe, pressure, blackmail, or manipulate staff members may result in additional sanctions.
Enforcement and Sanctions
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

The severity of a sanction may depend on:
- the nature of the violation;
- whether the action was intentional;
- the effect on other players;
- previous violations;
- cooperation during the investigation;
- attempts to hide or repeat the behaviour;
- the quality and reliability of available evidence.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent action without a previous warning.
Appeals
Eligible users may appeal certain punishments through the official {site_name} appeal system.
Appeals must:
- be submitted honestly;
- include all required information;
- remain respectful;
- explain why the decision should be reviewed;
- include new or relevant evidence where available;
- avoid threats, spam, insults, or manipulation.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed or reduced.
Repeated appeals without new information may be closed without further review.
Monitoring and Logs
To operate, secure, and moderate its services, {site_name} may collect and review relevant technical and administrative information.
This may include:
- connection records;
- game and platform identifiers;
- chat and command logs;
- moderation history;
- anti-cheat alerts;
- website and account security logs;
- transaction records;
- gameplay statistics;
- server activity;
- support and appeal records.
These records may be used for:
- moderation;
- fraud prevention;
- account security;
- technical support;
- service improvement;
- enforcement of community rules.
Service Availability
{site_name} does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any server, website, feature, or service.
Services may be restarted, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued because of:
- scheduled maintenance;
- game or platform updates;
- technical failures;
- security incidents;
- third-party outages;
- server migrations;
- operational changes;
- community or business decisions.
Virtual balances, inventories, rankings, builds, vehicles, statistics, and other server data may occasionally be corrected, restored, rolled back, or reset when technically necessary.
Administrator Guidelines
Administrators, moderators, developers, support representatives, and other authorised staff members are required to follow stricter standards.
Administrative permissions are provided to protect the community, support players, enforce the rules, and maintain stable services.
They must never be used for personal gain, revenge, intimidation, entertainment, or unfair gameplay advantages.
Proper Use of Permissions
Staff members must use their permissions only when necessary and for legitimate administrative purposes.
They must not:
- punish players without a valid reason;
- use administrative commands to gain an unfair advantage;
- threaten users with their position or permissions;
- give unauthorised benefits to themselves, friends, groups, or other players;
- interfere with gameplay for entertainment;
- remove punishments without authorisation;
- access restricted information without a legitimate reason;
- spawn, duplicate, modify, or distribute protected assets without permission;
- reveal private staff information, evidence, tools, or procedures;
- test disruptive commands on active players without approval.
Administrative actions should be proportionate to the violation and supported by appropriate evidence whenever possible.
Professional Conduct
Staff members must communicate calmly, clearly, and professionally.
They should:
- listen to all relevant sides of a dispute;
- explain rules and decisions where appropriate;
- avoid insults, provocation, public humiliation, or unnecessary confrontation;
- separate personal disagreements from administrative decisions;
- direct users to the correct report or appeal system;
- escalate serious or uncertain cases to senior staff;
- remain patient with new or inexperienced players;
- protect confidential information.
Staff members are not required to tolerate threats, harassment, spam, or deliberate abuse.
Impartiality
Staff members must remain neutral.
Administrative decisions must not be influenced by:
- friendships or personal relationships;
- clan, faction, tribe, company, or team membership;
- rivalry or previous arguments;
- VIP status, donations, purchases, or community rank;
- popularity, skill level, reputation, or influence;
- pressure from players or other staff members.
Friends, partners, VIP members, content creators, and staff members must be held to the same rules as all other players.
Community-Focused Decisions
Decisions that directly affect active gameplay should be made in the best interest of the server and community.
When appropriate, staff should consider player feedback before:
- changing a map or game mode;
- restarting a match, round, mission, or server;
- modifying active server settings;
- interrupting an event or convoy;
- removing active players;
- changing temporary gameplay conditions.
Player feedback does not override server rules, security requirements, technical requirements, or authorised staff procedures.
Responding to Players
Staff members are expected to respond professionally to legitimate requests for assistance.
They should:
- review the available information;
- avoid making immediate assumptions;
- provide clear instructions;
- explain the relevant rule where appropriate;
- direct players to official support channels;
- avoid arguing repeatedly in public chat;
- escalate complex cases when required.
Staff members may end a conversation when a player becomes abusive, threatening, repetitive, or deliberately disruptive.

They should stay informed through:
- official {site_name} announcements;
- staff communication channels;
- forums and support systems;
- server updates and changelogs;

Evidence may include:
- screenshots;
- video recordings;
- game demos;
- server logs;
- anti-cheat reports;

They must not disclose:
- private player information;
- internal staff discussions;
- security procedures;
- private evidence;
- unreleased features;
- account or transaction information;
- administrative tools or access methods;
- information that could help users bypass detection or enforcement.
Confidential information may only be shared with authorised persons when necessary.
Conflicts of Interest
Staff members must avoid handling cases in which they have a serious personal conflict.
When possible, a case should be transferred to another staff member if it involves:
- a close friend or family member;
- a personal rival;
- the staff member's own clan, faction, tribe, company, or team;
- a dispute in which the staff member was directly involved;
- a transaction or agreement involving the staff member.
When transferring the case is not immediately possible, the staff member must act carefully and document the decision.
Abuse of Administrative Permissions
Any staff member suspected of abusing their permissions may be investigated.
Depending on the severity of the incident, consequences may include:
- an internal warning;
- temporary removal of permissions;
- permanent removal from the staff team;
- removal of administrative rank;
- account suspension;
- permanent ban from {site_name} services.
Holding a staff position does not provide immunity from the community rules.
Staff Accountability
Senior staff may review any administrative action.
Staff members may be required to explain:
- why an action was taken;
- which rule was violated;
- what evidence was available;
- why a specific sanction was selected;
- whether internal procedures were followed.
Repeated poor judgement, inactivity, misconduct, or failure to follow staff procedures may result in the removal of permissions.
