Welcome to PrivateServer.NET!
By accessing and using our website, game servers, or any other services provided by PrivateServer.NET, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all our services and are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and respectful environment for all users.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of our services.
To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment across all PrivateServer.NET servers — including CS 1.6, CS2, Minecraft, Rust, and FiveM — all players must follow this code of conduct. By joining our servers, you agree to these rules regardless of the game you are playing.
1. No Cheating or Exploiting
Cheating ruins the experience for everyone. Any use of third-party software, cheats, scripts, or game exploits is strictly forbidden. Examples include (but are not limited to):
2. Respect Other Players
Toxic behavior is not welcome here. Treat all players with respect. This includes:
3. Don’t Disrupt Gameplay
Ruining the experience for others intentionally is not tolerated. Examples include:
4. Advertising & Self-Promotion
Advertising other communities, servers, Discords, or websites inside any PrivateServer.NET platform is not allowed unless you have explicit permission. This includes nicknames, chat messages, signs (Minecraft), graffiti (CS2), and vehicle plates (FiveM).
5. Staff and Rule Enforcement
Our staff team is here to help and to enforce the rules. Do not argue with staff decisions in-game. If you believe an action was unfair, you may appeal through our official channels (Discord, forums, or website).
6. Global Rule Application
This code of conduct applies across all games and platforms operated by PrivateServer.NET. A ban or punishment in one game may carry over to the entire network.
We want to keep our community clean, competitive, and enjoyable. By playing on our servers, you agree to follow this code in full.
By creating or using an account on any platform under PrivateServer.NET (including game servers, website, and Discord), you accept full responsibility for all activity performed through that account.
1. One Account per Player
You are only allowed to have one active player account per game server. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "alts") to bypass bans, farm rewards, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being banned.
2. Account Sharing
Sharing your account with others is highly discouraged. If your account is used to break the rules, it is your responsibility — regardless of who was playing. Protect your login credentials and do not share them with anyone.
3. Ban Evasion
Using alternate accounts, VPNs, or any other method to avoid a ban is considered ban evasion and will lead to extended or permanent bans on all related accounts and IPs.
4. Nicknames & Usernames
Usernames that contain offensive, vulgar, racist, or impersonating content are not allowed. Staff reserve the right to change, reset, or ban accounts with inappropriate names.
5. Account Ownership
All accounts created on our platform remain the property of PrivateServer.NET. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account at any time if deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the network.
PrivateServer.NET may offer donation packages, VIP ranks, in-game items, or other paid benefits as a way to support the project. These donations help cover hosting, development, and moderation costs.
1. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are completely voluntary and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a product or service, but supporting the maintenance and growth of our community.
2. No Pay-to-Win
We strive to maintain fair balance across all servers. Donation perks will never include unfair advantages such as overpowered weapons, invincibility, or game-breaking items.
3. Abuse of Donator Privileges
VIP or donator status does not grant immunity to server rules. Abuse of perks may lead to warnings, removal of privileges, or even bans.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent ban across all PrivateServer.NET services. If you have an issue with a transaction, please contact support first.
5. Transparency
All donations are logged and tracked. If you believe there was an error with your donation or did not receive your perks, reach out to our support team with proof of payment.
Breaking the rules on any PrivateServer.NET server may result in various punishments, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
1. Types of Punishments
2. Ban Reasons
You can be banned for reasons such as cheating, toxicity, evading bans, exploiting bugs, disrespecting staff, or repeatedly breaking rules.
3. Cross-Platform Enforcement
Punishments issued on one platform (e.g. Minecraft) may apply to other servers (e.g. CS2 or FiveM) if the behavior threatens the community.
4. Appeals
If you believe you were banned unfairly, you may appeal through our official appeal form or Discord. Be respectful and honest in your appeal.
5. Staff Discretion
Staff members have the authority to act in the best interest of the community. Not every scenario is listed here, and punishments may be issued based on context and judgment.
PrivateServer.NET provides gaming servers and related services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free gameplay, or permanent access to any feature, rank, item, or in-game progress.
1. Use at Your Own Risk
By using our servers or website, you understand that your experience may be affected by external factors such as internet issues, game updates, platform outages, or third-party changes. We are not liable for any data loss, performance issues, or personal disputes between users.
2. Player-Generated Content
We are not responsible for content created or shared by players (e.g. signs in Minecraft, sprays in CS2, text in FiveM, etc.). While we moderate when possible, responsibility lies with the user who shares the content.
3. Staff Actions
Moderators and administrators are volunteers or designated team members who enforce rules based on our policies. Staff actions are final unless successfully appealed. We are not obligated to justify every ban or punishment publicly.
4. External Links & Tools
Any third-party tools, mods, websites, or plugins you use while playing on our servers are at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee their safety or legality.
